Privacy Policy

Neugi is built with a "Privacy First" philosophy. We believe that autonomous intelligence should empower users without compromising their data sovereignty.

1. Data Collection

By default, Neugi operates as a local-first system. All conversation logs, memory graphs, and agent outputs are stored locally on your hardware. We do not transmit your private workspace data to our servers.

2. Third-Party Core Engines

When using cloud providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, MiniMax, etc.) via the Neugi bridge, your prompts are subject to their respective privacy policies. We recommend using local Ollama models or "Deep Memory" encrypted wrappers for sensitive operations.

3. Local Storage

All configurations and secrets (API keys) are stored in your local data/ directory. Neugi encrypts these at rest using the OS-level keychain where available.

4. Telemetry

Neugi does not collect persistent usage telemetry. Any diagnostic metrics seen in the "Technician" view are generated and displayed locally for your own monitoring.
