1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Neugi Swarm ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these terms. This project is provided as a tool for autonomous orchestration and specialized intelligence research.

2. Ethical Use of Intelligence

Users are responsible for the actions of their autonomous swarms. Neugi must not be used for malicious automation, unauthorized network penetration, or large-scale disinformation.

3. Local Responsibility

You acknowledge that "God Mode" (Root Execution) grants significant power over your underlying operating system. Neugi is not liable for data loss or system corruption resulting from unrestrained agent actions in God Mode.

4. Licenses

Neugi is open-core software. Plugins and skills may be subject to individual license agreements from their respective authors.
